Les gens qui vivent dans la maison et font du shopping dans le sous-marin abandonné prennent des machines, de l'électronique et d'autres fournitures et les vendent à tous ceux qui peuvent les trouver. Le sous-marin est un sous-marin nucléaire américain de la classe Halsey. Il a été mis en service près de Los Angeles avant l'éclair. Un réacteur nucléaire est toujours opérationnel et fournit de l'électricité aux occupants autour du sous-marin. Lore (WIP): In 2032, the great war began, and Canada was in the sights of the ACMF from the beginning, and was targeted heavily. However, when the bombs dropped, every city with a population over 50,000 was bombed, and the city of Miramichi was spared, since it had a population of roughly 18,000. In the city, there is an air-force base since abandoned for 35 years, and the runway allowed access for any surviving government, or military to land and take refuge. About a good 6 months after the bombs dropped, nuclear winter began to take its toll on the environment. Luckily, the citizens and the military prepared for this by building a large wall boxing in downtown Chatham made out of toppled cars, busses, and anything else they could find to keep out the 10ft+ of snow expected to fall.
